My two sisters and myself were celebrating my sister’s birthday at Over the Second Cup tearoom in Orange Park, Florida. The food was delicious! The owner was so friendly and shared with us information about each course of the English High Tea. I’ve been to other high teas and they could not compare to Pat Sessions’ gourmet high tea. If you want to pamper yourself, dress up, put on your best hat and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. — Louanna S.
